Picatinny STANAG Long Top Rail Hi-Point 4095TS & 4595TS Rifles

Replaces injection molded plastic "Weaver" rail with precision aluminum Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) / STANAG (2324 & 4694) accessory rail. Have you purchased a great optic for your Hi-Point rifle only to find that it either won't fit the profile of the rail properly or there is not enough open rail space to mount it? This replacement rail will solve your compatibility woes. The original factory rail incorporates "Weaver" type recoil slots that are too small for MIL-STD/STANAG recoil bolts & rods. The injection molded plastic rail has proprietary spacing and protrusions from the surface that interfere with standard accessories. Furthermore, the factory rail has inconsistent clamping surfaces and often significant warpage and bow over its length. Simple installation - no permanent modifications required to original firearm. Retains use of original factory mounting hardware but trades the factory rail lock on the rib in favor of two low profile socket head cap screws used to secure forward portion of the extended rail. Maintains original height (+0.3mm higher than factory plastic) from receiver shroud top to accessory rail top. The slots in the extended rail are positioned such that they are consistent with the positions in our side and bottom replacement rails. This rail includes a precision machined aluminum riser that replaces the plastic “Rib” on the Forend Cover. The aluminum riser provides a strong, flat surface on which the forward portion of the extended top rail is securely fastened. The design of the riser allows the length of the extended top rail to be longer (403mm) than other solutions while matching the design and integrating flawlessly with the existing rifle stock. The riser is extensively machined to minimize weight while retaining strength and rigidity. This is the same riser as is supplied with our front extension rail.
